 does the canopy ever fog or ice over inside or outside during cold weather operation and what can you do if it does?

I use a squeegee like this when the canopy fogs up. I've never had a problem with ice.

Likewise we'd use a squeegee - I hear the factory are working on more of a car like defroster but this is in development. In practice here in the UK it has rarely been an issue on the planes.
