new 3 bladed sensitech prop

just wondered if anyone would know about new prop that is to improve cruise 4-6 knts, how hard and how much to install. it costs 3600 and wonder if it is worth it.

I just installed the 3 blade Sensenich prop on my 09 SportCruiser.  I am using pitch setting 4 and the static RPM at 2C is 4800.  Cruise speed IAS has not changed but I am getting a lot higher climb.  The lack of speed increase might be due to the old Woodcomp propeller being pitched for speed previously.

The propeller feels a lot smoother and the quality seems very good.  I purchased it directly from Sensinich including spacer, spinner and all hardware for little under $3000 including shipping.

I chose to purchase directly from Sensinich so that I can keep the old Woodcomp propeller for future use.  From what US Sport Aircraft told me, if the new equipment is available on the newer model as standard or optional equipment, there is no need for an LOA.
