Piper Sport Aircraft Share for Sale

I am the original and only owner of a 2011 Piper Sport LTD which has about 225 hours on it.  The aircraft is kept in a new hangar at Lincoln Park Airport (N07) in Lincoln Park, NJ.  I am considering taking on another pilot or 2 in some type of share program....details to be worked out later.  I fly about 40 to 60 hours per year so there is plenty of time for another pilot (or 2 for that matter) to fly and it would be great to have some flying company as well.
