Czech Sport Aircraft

Welcome Czech Sport Aircraft Owners, Flyers and Builders!

Hi,

Just picked up a 2007 sportcruiser. There seems to be a discrepancy between the actual fuel and the fuel gauges on the EMS. Even if I tell the EMS the tanks are full it only shows 12.5 on Left and 13 on Right.Any idea's? I thought about pulling the sending unit and bending the rod but right now that seems rather extreme.

Hello -

When calibrating the Fuel Level Sender in D120, you use 2-gal increments.  This seems to end up with a max level of either 14 or 16 gallons when 15 would be correct.  Any advice?

Dave

1st thing is to calibrate the D120.  Use 14 gallons as the D120 requires 2 gallon increments.  Full on the Dynon will now be 14, but should be accurate below that.  Dynon does not have a fix for this.
